Still Waiting on a Pre-filled Cup Order? Check Out the Latest Info Here

If you or your congregation have recently placed an order, but you’re still waiting to take delivery, you aren’t alone. Here’s the latest information on product delays.

Pre-filled communion cups have enjoyed a rise in popularity over the last few years. One of the newest companies, World Communion Cups has become the preferred vendor for a large number of congregations. Unfortunately, because of that popularity, they have been inundated with orders and are running behind in trying to keep up with fulfillment demands. They manufacture both the chalice-shaped World Communion Cups and the Simply Communion Cups, which are designed to fit in traditional communion trays.

The company is currently operating roughly four to five weeks behind schedule, which means that orders placed in mid-February will likely be shipped out in mid-March. World Communion Cups is advising that any customers who wish to have supplies on hand for Resurrection Sunday should place their orders with us no later than Friday, March 3.

What Can You Do While You’re Waiting?

Should you find that your communion supplies are running low, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to place your order with World Communion Cups, and we can ship out Fellowship Cups within 24 hours to help bridge the gap so that you aren’t caught without supplies on Sunday mornings.
