ASK – Crowned: Adorned with Kingdom Blessings
The third title released in the Ask, Seek, Knock (ASK) series of study books for women.
Christ set before mankind a crown of splendor for us to wear when he presented us with the beatitudes. Spelled out in Matthew 5, the beatitudes are blessings for all Christians. Though sometimes the principles of the beatitudes seem abstract, we have a model of them in the person of Abigail. She lived them out. We can witness them in action and under pressure through the biblical record of the events that occurred in the ravine in Carmel one historic day.
Jesus wore love like a crown, and to wear the crown of Christ is to behave like Abigail. In the account of 1 Samuel 25, she bowed low before her king. When we do, we place ourselves in the proper position before our Lord and King… to be crowned.
In this addition to the ASK Series, Debbra Stephens shows us how to add the jewels of the beatitudes to our lives so that we, too, may be crowned in divine glory.
