Dust off your boots and put on your cowboy hats. Get ready to live life with a higher purpose. Welcome to
where you’ll learn your true purpose by identifying some of God’s greatest blessings and the responsibilities that accompany each of them.
The Apostle Paul teaches us a valuable lesson in 1 Corinthians 10:31, “Whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” Whatever our personal motivations are that drive our daily activities, our primary motivation in everything we do should be to bring glory to God. In this VBS series, you’ll discover a higher calling in your life, and as a result, we become faithful stewards of all that God has given us.
If you are ready to redeem those blessings and brand them for God’s purpose and glory, we invite you to saddle up and come with us on an adventurous ride into faithful stewardship!
Jesus frequently taught his followers about the responsibility we should take with the gifts God has given us. The “Master Teacher” delivered His message by using timely, relative stories called parables that focused on stewardship.
By studying five of these parables,
Redemption Ranch grants us the opportunity to count the blessings God has given us and realize the great trust we have been given to use these blessings to their fullest. The five lessons are as follows:
LESSON 1 – USE GOD’S GIFTS
Bible Story: Parable of the Talents (Matthew 25:14-30)
Memory Verse: “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning” (James 1:17).
LESSON 2 – GROW IN GOD’S WORD
Bible Story: Parable of the Soils (Matthew 13:3-8; 18-23)
Memory Verse: “That you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God” (Colossians 1:10).
LESSON 3 – SHARE GOD’S LOVE
Bible Story: Parable of the Unmerciful Servant (Matthew 18:23-34)
Memory Verse: “Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another” (1 John 4:11).
LESSON 4 – SHINE GOD’S LIGHT
Bible Story: Parable of Salt and Light (Matthew 5:13-16)
Memory Verse: “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven” (Matthew 5:16).
LESSON 5 – ACCEPT GOD’S GRACE
Bible Story: Parable of the Prodigal Son (Luke 15:11-32)
Memory Verse: “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name” (John 1:12).
