Condensed from centuries of wisdom, the Proverbs serve as a practical guide to the life that God would have us live. By contrasting the behavior of the wise man and the fool, Solomon (and other contributors) show us the value of living within God’s laws.

Proverbs provides short, memorable sayings that lead us into a healthier relationship with God, our families, our neighbors, and our business associates. Heed these simple rules and prosper — break them and suffer needless heartache.
