The world lies to women. It tells us to find ourselves, to follow our heart, to put ourselves first, among so many other untruths. Scripture, however, teaches us to be virtuous women who keep God’s commandments and to live joyful, abundant, and purposeful lives.

In each lesson of Be Keepers, Lisa Ivey Waller, author of Set Free to Serve God, compares virtuous living to the wisdom that God instilled in one of nature’s most powerful creatures: the honeybee. Readers will learn that they, too, have a unique life to live just as God created them to do.

About the Author

Lisa Ivey Waller is a life-long believer in God and Jesus Christ, retired educator, wife, mother, grandmother of eight, and hobby potter. She has a small collection of handmade pitchers that she enjoys because, like Christians, they are designed to distribute all that they receive.

Lisa has degrees from Lipscomb University, Vanderbilt University, Murray State University, and Eastern Kentucky University, but she values most the soul-saving Bible lessons the Lord has provided through the instruction and godly examples of her own family and a multitude of brothers and sisters in Christ.
