Bible Topic: Genesis

Two of the most important words in the Bible are arguably, “But God.” The Book of Genesis uses the phrase four times in chapters 45-50 in the life of Joseph. These two words are a powerful testament to God’s power to work in dark and bleak circumstances for His glory and honor. More importantly, these words also mean that God ultimately has the last word, not us. In this study, you’ll learn how these powerful words attest to God’s power, sovereignty, and His unconditional love.
