Digging Deep into Scripture is a scholarly in-depth examination of some serious theological issues. These issues deal with: What is "the Gift of the Holy Spirit" in Acts 2:38, speaking in tongues, is the Bible inerrant, the Church that Jesus built, what does it mean to be "lukewarm", what is true discipleship, and Calvinism. All five major points of Calvinism are discussed: Total Hereditary Depravity, Unconditional Election, Limited Atonement, Irresistible Grace, and Perseverance of the Saints. Questions are given at the end of each chapter so this book can be used in Bible classes.
