Today many people have created a Jesus that is not the real Jesus. Many have decided in their own minds what Jesus would do and say. They judge all actions on what they think Jesus would do. I have heard people say, "My Jesus would not do that." But, their opinion, their insight, their analysis, and their thinking does not determine the truth!. their understanding does not set forth the real Jesus!

God said in Psalms 50:21, "These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; Thou thoughtest that

I was altogether such a one as thyself: But I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes." The people thought that God condoned disobedience. But, their problem was that their thinking did not coincide with God's thinking! As a result, God was going to reprove them and set the truth before their eyes. God said, "My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways" (Isa. 55:8).

Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice wrote the musical "Jesus Christ Superstar." They clearly and plainly believe that Jesus was not deity! In the title song there is a line which says, "He's a man, he's just a man." Thus they absolutely deny the deity of Jesus! They believe that Jesus was just a man who was a little better than everyone else.

The purpose of this book is to discover the real Jesus--the Jesus of the New Testament.
