Every day, we face important and not-so-important decisions that affect our lives. However, even a relatively trivial decision made repeatedly, like deciding we don't have time to brush our teeth, could have a serious consequence. Unwise decisions can result in painful repercussions. Just ask someone with a toothache.

As applicable today as when it was written thousands of years ago, the Book of Proverbs offers us sound wisdom for every day of our lives.

This wisdom shows us a practical way to be productive and get our hands dirty while we keep our hearts clean. It is brimming with insights in a mix of common sense, human experience, and good taste… By contrasting the foolish with the wise, we can learn much from their experiences without having to suffer the possible painful consequences of their actions.
